These liners are used in Ball mills where low contamination is required. Contamination with Alumina Ceramic lined ball mill is low due to their extremely low wear rate. These liners are mainly used in ball mills of pharmaceuticals industries, ceramic industry and paint industry.

These liners are typical and have C-groove at back of the liner to be fitted on steel casing.The profile of these liners depend on the size and shape of orifice.

These liners are for fitment on flat surface. These liners are fixed with adhesive and there after steel plug are welded through the hole provided in the liner with the mother equipment. After welding the plug, ceramic cap is pasted.

These liners are fitted into pipes and bends. Its wedge shape depends on the ID of pipe or bend.

These liners are also called Ring Liners. They are available in 32 mm ID to 150mm ID.
